Mr. Okada, Byakko Shinko Kai member from Japan who has now retired and settled in Mindanao, Philippines donated the Peace Pole that was to be planted by the United Religions Initiative - Southeast Asia-Pacific (URI-SEAP) regional council as a gift to the Province Lanao del Norte for having been gracious in hosting the 2009 URI-SEAP Regional Assembly.The Peace Pole was awarded by Okada-san at the Mindanao Civic Center, and was planted at the Provincial Hall in Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
